Communicate announcements on behalf of NECO to classes in their respective year.

Act as representatives for their respective years of the FHNS program.

Assist in the recruitment of future NECO members.

Assist Treasurer with an advertisement, payment collection, and distribution of HNS hoodie sales during the academic term.

Fourth Year Rep is appointed as the “Head Year Rep” to coordinate all year reps and maintain accountability for responsibilities.

Formal NECO promotion presentation in classes at the beginning of each term.
