Prepare and submit Student Group Renewal and Amendment documentation annually with Co-Presidents

Attend all meetings of NECO Executive Council and Committees, or appoint someone to attend and record meeting minutes when not available

Keep accurate meeting minutes at all meetings and distribute to NECO members within 24 hours

Distribute communications to all NECO members as requested by other Executive Council members

Responsible for organizing meetings on behalf of Co-Presidents and other Executives as required

Responsible for booking equipment and rooms as required for events and meetings

Obtain documentation required by other committees, such as class lists

Primary responsibility for monitoring the nutritionlibrary@umanitoba.ca email account
