Secretary 

  • Prepare and submit Student Group Renewal and Amendment documentation annually  with Co-Presidents

  •  Attend all meetings of NECO Executive Council and Committees, or appoint someone to attend and record meeting minutes when not available

  •  Keep accurate meeting minutes at all meetings and distribute to NECO members within  24 hours

  •  Distribute communications to all NECO members as requested by other Executive  Council members

  •  Responsible for organizing meetings on behalf of Co-Presidents and other Executives as required

  • Responsible for booking equipment and rooms as required for events and meetings

  • Obtain documentation required by other committees, such as class lists

  • Primary responsibility for monitoring the nutritionlibrary@umanitoba.ca email account
